An 18-year-old man was arrested this week in connection with a shooting that left a man dead in a San Ysidro neighborhood last month, according to San Diego police.

Kozik is being held without bail in San Diego Central Jail on suspicion of murder and making criminal threats, according to online arrest records. His arraignment is scheduled for Friday in Chula Vista Superior Court.Arvizu was shot just before 10:30 p.m. as he was standing in front of a residence on East Park Avenue near Interstate 805 in San Ysidro. When officers found him, they discovered he had a gunshot wound to his upper body, Shebloski said.
