Malaysia, Indonesia setuju guna 3,450 istilah bahasa
Pada 8 September 1979, akhbar Utusan Malaysia melaporkan Persidangan Majlis Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia Ke-13 yang tamat di Bilik Gerakan Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Melaka bersetuju untuk mengesah dan menggunakan 3,450 istilah dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan.
Persidangan tersebut dihadiri 30 pakar bahasa termasuk 11 orang dari Indonesia yang diketuai oleh Profesor Dr. Amran Halim mewakili Panitia Kerjasama Kebahasaan Indonesia/Malaysia.Dapatkan maklumat lanjut di Pusat Maklumat dan Arkib Media Mulia Sdn Bhd.
