Following Audi, MLS is expected to make a number of partnership announcements as its 2023 season gets underway.

Now, MLS is looking ahead to the sport’s next pivotal moment: the 2026 World Cup hosted on North American soil. On Tuesday, MLS took a step towards just that, announcing the extension of its partnership with Audi of America, which began in 2015. A source familiar with the matter tellsthat it is a three-year arrangement and will pay a multimillion-dollar fee annually. The league is expected to make several other partnership announcements in the coming weeks.
