has been revealed, and it finally brings the most requested feature from fans; the ability to see where a helicopter is going and the final destination.since it launched into early access earlier this year, is currently being tested in the public test branch and is expected to launch in the next few weeks providing all goes smoothly.
While there are a few things being tested, there is one major change that has got players excited.to be added to the game. There is nothing more annoying than having to wait minutes for a helicopter to come pick you up because three solo players all called in their own to go to the same place. With this change, you will be able to click on a helicopter on the map and see both its pickup location and final destination. This should mean that there will be fewer aircraft traffic slowing down your progress in the game, as players in your faction will be able to go on the same chopper more often. As someone who spent a lot of time running solo, being able to check a destination on a chopper will be a massive improvement as I won’t have to rely on other players talking to find out where they are going and if we can team up at the drop-off point.in some locations and make it easier to reach some of the more remote spaces. This is likely to be a change we see a few times in the future as the map is filled out with more content and route optimization.There are also improvements to technical issues such as rubber banding, AI getting stuck and being able to shoot through walls and helicopters getting stuck in the air. By the time the patch properly launches, this list of fixes will likely be even longer. However, if you do want to jump in and test this update there are some known issues you should be aware of, which can be seen inis still improving at a considerable rate.
