After a 94-85 win in the 2024-2025 season’s first Iron Bowl of basketball, Auburn and Alabama will close the regular season with a rematch at Neville Arena.
It’s not a No. 1 versus No. 2 matchup like the first game in Tuscaloosa, but it’s still a top 10 clash before each team enters the postseason. Auburn comes into the game ranked No. 1 in the AP poll, maintaining its ranking from the first matchup. Alabama comes in at No. 7, having lost three of its last five games since the loss to Auburn on Feb. 15.
However, both teams enter the game coming off a loss, after Auburn fell on the road to Texas A&M and Alabama lost its home finale to Florida.The Tigers will have everyone available after it was reported that point guard Denver Jones will return to the starting lineup.
