Jennifer Harris Dault, 40, has lived in St. Louis for 23 years.
"We started having conversations about moving," Harris Dault tells TODAY.com."At that point ... it was clear that this was a targeted attack and that it was something that was not going to stop.", banning trans students from participating in school sports consistent with their gender identity and outlawing gender-affirming care for minors.
