A reader appreciated Saturday’s comics, which honored the late cartoonist Charles Schulz, creator of “Peanuts,” on his 100th birthday.Reading the comics on Saturday was truly a delight. Probably 99 percent of the comics paid tribute to Charles Schulz’s 100th birthday.
My son was initially a slow reader, so we got all of the Charlie Brown books from the library that we could to encourage him. Since we lived in Minnesota at the time, where Schulz is from, there was no shortage!
