Tertuduh, Chung King Fung, 32, didakwa membunuh Nurul Ain Sillien, 22, pada 29 Mei lalu antara 12 hingga 12.20 tengah hari di dalam premis di sebuah kompleks membeli belah.

Ketika pertuduhan dibacakan di hadapan Majistret Lovely Natasha Charles, tertuduh mengaku faham dengan pertuduhan. Mahkamah menetapkan 11 Julai sebagai sebutan semula kes dan tiada tawaran ikat jamin diberikan terhadap tertuduh. Pada 29 Mei lalu, lelaki itu didakwa menikam bekas tunangnya sebanyak lapan kali hingga mangsa maut di sebuah premis di kompleks membeli belah di sini. Mangsa ditemukan dalam keadaan terlentang dan berlumuran darah.
