LeAnn Rimes broke down in tears while undergoing a highly intense ‘deep jaw release’ with Human Garage cofounder Garry Lineham that lasted 60 seconds

LeAnn Rimes was overcome with emotion during a highly intense “deep jaw release” to clear out any lingering tension in her body. “Healing isn't always quiet. Sometimes it’s a physical letting go of things we didn't even know we were carrying.

🕊️,” Human Garage’s Instagram post read on Sunday, March 29, featuring a video of Garry Lineham, cofounder of the wellness platform focused on self-healing, and the country music star, 43. Rimes could be seen enduring the obvious pain during Lineham’s procedure, which lasted approximately 60 seconds, with her face scrunched up in discomfort until it was clear she felt alleviated and burst into tears. “You can see the exact moment the tension breaks and the emotional weight lifts, leaving her feeling visibly lighter and more aligned,” the caption continued. “The jaw is one of the body’s primary storage sites for stress. When we hold back our voice or push through pressure, the fascia in the face and neck ‘locks’ to protect us. By using the maneuvers to signal safety to the nervous system, we can finally allow that stored energy to move. 🧬” Rimes did her best to stay still while Lineham placed one of his hands inside her mouth as a second person held her head in place on the pillow. She uttered, “Oh my God,” before sobbing and letting out a few laughs. “Say that part of my life is over,” Lineham told Rimes, to which she replied, “That part of my life better be over.” The country music star has been on a wellness journey in recent months, previously undergoing a $10,000 “plasma exchange” aimed to 'help clear micro-toxins” while adding stem cells “to encourage overall repair” in January. The Grammy-winning artist stopped by Next Health in Nashville, focused on feeling her best after “a very busy year of filming and touring.” Rimes, who was named Billboard's 2025 Unstoppable Award recipient, was cast in ABC’s 9-1-1: Nashville last year. Rimes pointed out in her caption that she is “very aware that access to treatments like this isn’t universal,” adding, “I share with sensitivity and humility, not as a prescription, but as information about what’s been working for me.” Looking ahead, Rimes is kicking off her 30 Years of Blue Tour in April to celebrate the anniversary of her debut album. “We’re guna party like it’s 1996,” she told fans on March 17. “Just with better hairstyles and maybe a glass of wine.”
