It argues that they are drawing from the same"cigarette playbook" as tobacco giants Philip Morris (NYSE:The lawsuit includes claims for conspiracy, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation and unfair business practices. It seeks an unspecified amount of compensatory and punitive damages.
