“I’m going to start filing a bill tomorrow, drafting legislation to where it’s going to be an attempted murder charge,” Ingram, the owner of SweetCreek explained. “It puts everybody at stake, it puts the innocent people that are on the highway, it puts our law enforcement at a high risk to getting killed or getting hurt, and it’s not any sense in it.”“It happens throughout the state, we probably have a high-speed chase, at least a couple a week, throughout the state.
