A Lancaster County man was found guilty of 17 counts of animal cruelty after abandoning over 20 animals in a Conoy Township home in 2023. Eric Werner, 40, was evicted with co-defendants Jadden Moore and Mary Good from their home in September 2023, but never told township officials there were still animals in the building.
