The coroner has released the name of a Pennsylvania driver who died after his vehicle slammed into a West Cocalico Township home and caught fire. John Miller, 67, of Stevens, was found dead inside a vehicle near 175 Mill Road on Friday, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office.

The coroner was called to the scene around 4:40 p.m. that day and found Stevens dead inside the vehicle. He was the only person in the car, the coroner said. His cause of death was found to be multiple traumatic injuries, and his manner of death was ruled an accident. The Ephrata Police Department had said the vehicle left the road "for unknown reasons," going through a field before it hit the home. The vehicle then caught fire.The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection accused J&K Salvage of violating its order to close the business, according to a new court filing.Route 322 was closed for part of Sunday morning after a crash that reportedly involved a horse and buggy, according to Lancaster County dispatch.The call came in around 4:46 a.m. at the 1900 block of Stoverstown Road, where flames were found coming from the basement, dispatch confirmed.A 20-year-old’s life was cut too short in a shooting, and now a Harrisburg mother is trying to live through the pain of losing him.
