After 11 years, the restaurant posted on their Facebook that it’s time to say “adios” to all of their wonderful guests, coworkers, purveyors and more.
LAKEWOOD, Ohio - The Lakewood Mexican restaurant El Carnicero announced last week they will be closing following their Cinco de Mayo celebration this year.
They took to their social media to thank the community that supported and embraced El Carnicero, and gave them many great memories and experiences. TO ALL OUR VALUED GUESTS + FRIENDS … its time to say "adios". thanks to all of our wonderful guests, amazing coworkers...“It’s been an honor being a small part of the Lakewood community + for a restaurant to survive + thrive for 11 years is an accomplishment for which we can all be proud; but it’s time for a change,” the post said.
El Carnicero will remain open for regular business hours through May 5, with Cinco de Mayo being their final service and celebration.
