Kompany's debut season in charge of Burnley in the EFL Championship has resulted in promotion to the Premier League, with the 37-year-old having won four Championship Manager of the Month awards too. As a result, his exploits appear to have earned him a place on the radar of some top clubs in England, with a report fromThe Lilywhites reportedly view the former City captain has their ideal candidate to be Antonio Conte's long-term replacement, with it being suggested that chairman Daniel Levy has been"blown away" by what he has seen from the Belgian.It is said Kompany would be willing to listen to Spurs' proposal as he has dreams of reaching the top of the game as a manager.
At this stage, it appears unknown as to whether or not the promising tactician would leave Burnley after gaining promotion to the English top flight with the Lancashire club.
