Kia issued a recall of 74,469 Sorento model vehicles due to a software error that can cause a loss of low-beam headlights and taillights. The recall covers 2024-2025 Sorento cars, 2025 Sorento Hybrid, and 2025 Sorento Plug-In Hybrid vehicles. Consumer Reports noted that the software issue is in the Body Domain Control Unit, which is affecting the vehicle’s lights.
