Khloé Kardashian has kept quiet about her private life since welcoming her second child, a son, with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson—until now., Kardashian breaks down in tears while talking about the then-upcoming arrival of her baby boy amid her split from Thompson.
"There is something that I’m ready to talk about," she says in the video. "Tristan and I are having another baby, and it’s supposed to be a really exciting time and it’s just a different experience."that Kardashian and Thompson were expecting their second child together via surrogate, reports revealed that the NBA star had fathered a child with a personal trainer with whom he had an affair.
"This has been a difficult time in my life, but it’s the start of something positive and happy and beautiful," Kardashian adds in the clip.
