Plus, eToro has agreed to pay $1.5 million to settle SEC charges and Circle is moving to New York City.A Federal Appeals court halted Kelsy's political prediction markets and Itoro agreed to a $1.5 million settlement with the SEC.
The CFTC argued that Kelsi wouldn't be harmed much if the appeals court temporarily halted its contracts while the public interest may be harmed more if the contracts continued. E Toro has agreed to pay $1.5 million to settle sec charges that it operated an unregistered broker. An unregistered clearing agency facilitated trading in crypto assets that might be deemed securities.
