“Had a little accident but I’m okay!” she stoically captioned the image, which was followed by an X-Ray showing a dramatic fracture. Naturally, the fashion industry was quick to jump in with well wishes, with the likes of creative director Fabien Baron and fellow model Georgia May Jagger posting messages of support and healing.
Almost as noticeable as the sky-blue cast? Kaia’s significantly lighter hair. The model first dyed her locks at home after watching an online tutorial in late April – opting to apply hydrogen peroxide directly onto the strands. She’s also considering bangs, if her recent post of Audrey Hepburn cutting her own hair is anything to go by.
Fortunately, she seems to have gotten away with the DIY experiment. While her previous Instagram updates have given the impression that her signature lob is now caramel-hued, in her latest shot, the 18-year-old has distinct blonde highlights – maybe a natural result of all of thoseMore from British Vogue:
