K-Way X Mariacarla Boscono: Modern Waterproof-Wear For The Modern Woman:
Italian supermodel Mariacarla Boscono partnered with K-Way in her first-ever collaboration, which launches today. The sporty capsule is inspired by the great outdoors but also draws on Boscono’s own experience of the profound relationship between mother and daughter.
Boscono deeply immersed herself in the design process, taking on the roles of designer, artistic director, photographer, and brand endorser. Her hands-on approach ensured that her vision for the collection was executed exactly as she had imagined it, from start to finish. The centerpiece of the capsule is a zip-up swimsuit with Ultraviolet Protection Factor 50 protection, which can be paired with the collection’s matching leggings for sport or post-swim. The design captures Boscono’s passion for artistic expression and channels her vision into sleek, modern pieces.
