An Indiana judge, Steven Meyer and his wife, Kimberly, were injured after they were attacked in their home. We're hearing from the FBI, the prosecutor and other officials following last weekend's shooting of a Lafayette judge and his wife. They were identified by police as Raylen Ferguson, 38, Zenada Greer, 61, Thomas Moss, 43, Blake Smith, 32, and Amanda Milsap. This was a severe attack on our judicial system. They didn't just go after a man and a woman in their house. They went after him for a reason," said Lt. Col. Al Williamson, Indiana State Police. Prosecutors tied together gang involvement through 43-year-old Thomas Gregory Moss of Lafayette. Documents alleged Moss is a high-ranking gang member of Phantom MC, a Detroit-based motorcycle club with ties to the Cice Lords street gang. In 2024, he was charged with beating his ex-girlfriend and firing agun in her home, according to court records. He was set to stand trial before Meyer.
