A six-year veteran police officer has been arrested after off-duty security work was paid for but never done, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

"Officer Solomon was providing services for private company security and he wasn't there for those services," Burgos said."... We expect officers to do what they are supposed to do when they are sworn to their duties. When they don't do that, obviously we pursue charges against them."
