Nolan, the brother of The Odyssey director Christopher Nolan, has been part of several exciting projects over the years. When it comes to the sci-fi genre, the creative mastermind has proven his worth with multiple releases.

One of them was HBO's Westworld, which took the world by storm for four seasons before being canceled ahead of its fifth and final season. As for Netflix, the streaming service is also known for doing well with genre releases. Some of Netflix's best TV shows are sci-fi projects, with Stranger Things and Black Mirror both becoming series intrinsically connected to Netflix for global audiences. By uniting Jonathan Nolan's genre expertise and Netflix subscribers' appetite for sci-fi stories, Person of Interest is now experiencing a streaming resurgence. According to FlixPatrol, Person of Interest is currently the 9th most-watched TV show on Netflix globally. The sci-fi series ranks higher than Tom Welling's fan-favorite Superman prequel series, Smallville. Person of Interest arrived on the streamer in certain countries on March 4. The series also finds the company of popular shows like Bridgerton, The Night Agent, The Mentalist, and more on the Netflix chart. At the time of writing, the 5-season sci-fi series by Jonathan Nolan is not the number 1 show on Netflix in any country. However, that does not diminish the show's streaming success. Person of Interest is trending in 28 countries on the streamer. The show ranks as high as the 2nd most-watched series on Netflix in the Bahamas, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago. Person of Interest debuted on CBS on September 22, 2011. The sci-fi series ran for five seasons, concluding on June 21, 2016. The Jonathan Nolan masterpiece series merged genres, using crime thriller and sci-fi elements to become an intriguing show. Person of Interest followed Harold Finch , a billionaire programmer who created"the Machine," an entity that used all available information to predict crimes. As the government was only interested in stopping threats to national security, Finch hires John Reese , a former U.S. Army and CIA member, to take care of the day-to-day crimes that would slip through the cracks. On Rotten Tomatoes, Person of Interest holds a near-perfect 92% critics' score. The sci-fi series also boasts a high 80% audience score. While Person of Interest is trending worldwide on Netflix, the Jonathan Nolan sci-fi series is not available on the streaming service in the United States. Instead, those who want to watch the show in the US should go to Prime video. For many international locations, all five seasons of Person of Interest are now on Netflix, where the show has become a hit. 45 9.7/10 Person of Interest 10 stars 9 stars 8 stars 7 stars 6 stars 5 stars 4 stars 3 stars 2 stars 1 star Like Follow Followed TV-14 Drama Crime Action Science Fiction Release Date 2011 - 2016-00-00 Network CBS Showrunner Greg Plageman Directors Chris Fisher, Richard J.
