JD Sports acquired Finish Line five years ago and rebranded the space at the mall, which is located between American Eagle Outfitters and Aerie.The store sells footwear, clothing and accessories for men, woman and children. JD Sports now has seven stores in Pennsylvania including a store at the Park City Center in Lancaster,The Capital City mall is located at 3506 Capital City Mall Drive in Lower Allen Township from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
