She described the property as a legal triplex and one that is vacant, meaning a new homeowner can move right in.
A home in South Pasadena, California, seen in the movie"Halloween" is now up for sale for nearly $1.8 million."It's rare that a property comes up like this in this area," Babcock said, noting the neighborhood is very walkable and in a great school district.Babcock also noted that any fans of Halloween -- whether the holiday or the movie franchise -- will fit in well in the neighborhood.
