Joshua Lionel Richardson removed his clothes at Filey Sports Club, where the party was being held, in November 2021.At Scarborough Magistrates' Court on Thursday, Richardson, 31, of Bridlington Road, Driffield, was jailed for six months. He was later arrested and taken to Scarborough Police Station, but when officers opened the van to take him into custody they discovered he had taken off all his clothes.Richardson was subsequently put under strict bail conditions, which included a ban from entering all licensed premises.He was arrested three times for visiting pubs and for being near the children's play area at The Mayfield in Seamer on 16 January 2022.
Richardson reacted by throwing a plant pot through the window and a bottle through an upstairs window into a room where a child was sleeping."Joshua Richardson has a history of drunken and aggressive behaviour which has continued to have a negative impact on residents," he added.
