The venue in Filey aims to help young people express themselves and make friends, a councillor says.
The £360,000 venue in Filey has been designed for skateboard, BMX bike, scooter and wheelchair motocross users.
Councillor Keane Duncan said it would provide "a space where young people can thrive, express themselves, and build lasting friendships".
