If you are a single parent living in Glasgow, then you may want to prepare yourself to soon appear on television.
It comes as a casting call by ITV has been put out, with the children of single parents across Glasgow urged to nominate mum or dad as a 'middle-aged' version of Love Island is in the works. The show, called The Romance Retreat, is the UK's only dating show where single parents can search for love. But there is a twist, with contestants only appearing on the show after being nominate by their offspring instead of applying themselves.ITV are now looking for "vibrant single parents" from across the UK who are in search of love for the show which is said to be similar to Love Island where singletons will spend time away from home in a luxury retreat.
