The entire Visayas, as well as Palawan, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Bukidnon, Camiguin, Misamis Occidental, Misamis Oriental, Lanao del Norte, Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga del Norte, and Zamboanga del Sur will continue to experience the effects of the ITCZ, which is a convergence of winds from the northern and southern hemispheres where rain-bearing clouds form.
However, PAGASA noted that isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are still possible elsewhere in the Philippines, particularly in the afternoon or evening. It warned that severe thunderstorms may cause landslides or flash floods, particularly in high-risk areas.
