The statement noted that the attacks came after Saudi Arabia said it wouldn’t give access to its airspace or territory used to target Iran. The largest U.S. military installation in the region, the Al Udeid Air Base, is located in Qatar. The country’s Interior Ministry said the attack caused no damage to the base. that internet traffic is “close to zero across all major regions,” with a “near complete shutdown” in Tehran, Fars, Isfahan, Alborz Province, and Razavi Khorasan. These reports haven’t been verified. There are no current reports that the internet blackout is a cybersecurity attack by either Israeli or American cyber forces.
