IPOH: The developer of the Park@Perak app still requires a bit more time to resolve a technical issue bugging the mobile app.

A spokesman from the Ipoh City Council said they were working as fast as they could to resolve a few more issues, which involved a major update for the app.

He said that no compounds would be issued for those unable to pay for parking until the matter is resolved. "Those who have been issued with compounds during this period may submit an attachment of the compound offer letter and proof of use for review and further action. "The attachments can be submitted through the 'maklumbalas' option on the Park@Perak app should it be accessible or to email it to"The city council will always update the latest status on the mobile app via its social media platforms," he added.

The app, which is used to pay for parking at designated parking areas, has crashed since early this year.
