The “Vanderpump Rules” star bought his new place on March 15 – just a week before he dropped the news to his friends and co-stars at the show’s reunion.
James Kennedy is one step closer to become the No. 1 guy on “Vanderpump Rules,” as he recently upgraded from an apartment to a million-dollar home.
The reality star, 31, purchased a a $1.35 million three-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch in Burbank, Calif., in March, according to Zillow.The British transport’s co-stars immediately began applauding and congratulating him on the major accomplishment.Kennedy and his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, shared the exciting announcement on part two of the “Vanderpump Rules” reunion.The DJ’s new place includes his own pool.“It’s a really cute three-bedroom little gray home,” he described.
