Netflix, meanwhile, is said to have developed its own document for high-level production guidelines that have been presented to a number of film commissions in recent days. That is seen as another potential complication to the entertainment industry presenting a united front on how to get cameras rolling safely again, particularly in Hollywood’s home state.
