Inaugural San Antonio Sports All-Star basketball games set for Sunday with more than 120 athletes selected to participate.
More than 120 high school athletes are set to participate in the San Antonio Sports All-Star Basketball Games scheduled for Sunday at Northside Sports Gym. There will be four games spread across two divisions based on school size. In addition, there will be skills competition and coed 3-point shooting contest.
Your free all-access pass to the best high school sports coverage in San Antonio Games from smaller school divisions will be held during the day. The girls game begins at noon, and the boys starts at 2:15 p.m. Team Gold girls is coached by Boerne’s Amy Ruede and Team Gold boys is headed by TMI’s Bruce Bowen, the former Spurs star. On the girls side Team Black will be coached by La Vernia’s David Farber and on the boys side Antonian’s Rudy Bernal will coach Team Black.
