When asked why she regularly uses her spare scrolling time to help strangers out, rather than watch Gordon Ramsay TikToks or snoop on enemy Instagram pages like the rest of us, Spalding says that’s exactly it—she helps because other people don’t. “I feel like there just aren’t that many people out there who would take the time, or have the time necessarily. My life is not that busy, I’m not 9-to-5-ing and I don’t have kids,” she says.
