PLDT: Repair works ongoing GIZGUIDEPH GadgetCoach TechPH
Some PLDT subscribers may be experiencing slow connections as the internet service provider confirms a submarine cable outage.In an advisory this week, PLDT said some of its customers may be experiencing service interruptions due to an issue it encountered with one of its international submarine cables.
An outage by one of our international submarine cables may be causing service interruptions, it said in a social media post.PLDT did not provide a timeline on when the repair works will be completed.Some PLDT users said they have been experiencing service interruptions for days, while some said the connection is back in their area.
For customers who still have concerns, PLDT is encouraged to contact the company through www.m.me/pldtcares.
