Tom is putting his profits towards his upcoming wedding
Tom Roberts, 26, decided to start flogging his designer items online to help pay for his upcoming wedding.
“I studied fashion at university and had a major interest, or addiction, to designer labels, bags and shoes,” he told the Manchester Evening News. “I sold mainly bags and shoes at first, and then found there was a market for clothing like T-shirts and trousers that I didn’t think would be worth anything to anyone. Turns out they were.
Tom says he always posts his items for a slightly higher price, meaning buyers can haggle for a lower price while he still gets close to the price he wants.
