A Vinted seller went to extreme lengths after a buyer claimed their £2.50 shoes were not delivered – with the seller tracking down the buyer's house via Rightmove
A Vinted seller has divided opinion after going to extreme lengths to ensure her shoes had been delivered.
A screenshot shared on social media showed the seller informing the buyer she would be "dropping the parcel off at the corner shop later today" and assuring it was "taped up well in an Amazon bag". Despite the item being marked as 'Delivered', the buyer opened a case with Vinted claiming the shoes were nowhere to be found.
By locating the buyer's home on Rightmove, the seller matched the front door in the property listing to the one in the Yodel delivery photo, confirming the delivery had been successful. After being confronted the buyer admitted she had received the shoes after all.
