Ciara McCarthy, 18, is up for a National Diversity Award in the category of Positive Role Model.more diverse for people with disabilities.

Ciara's multiple efforts have also earned her support in the Scottish Parliament as Rona Mackay, MSP for Strathkelvin and Bearsden, recently tabled a motion in support of her award nomination and her work., added: “Ciara has been doing fantastic work in her school to improve disability awareness and increase inclusion for everyone.
