Rumors of a potential I Am Legend 2 have been circulating for years now, but star Will Smith recently said that a movie could be coming.
at a fan screening for his upcoming Bad Boys: Ride or Die, Smith was asked about the rumors that he andwere planning a sequel to the 2007 film. Smith revealed that the pair had met and things were “looking good,” and expressed optimism at the possibility of the movie happening.
“We had a couple weeks together about a month ago. I think it’s looking good,” said Smith. “ really solid ideas . . . I think we’re going to make it on screen together. That dude is the truth, so I would love to do that.”A sequel to I Am Legend was announced to be in the works in 2022, but there hasn’t been much in the way of updates since then.
