Longtime friends Cole Anthony and Don Smith purchased the establishment in October 2024, ensuring its continued presence in the neighborhood. Anthony, a former general manager, and Smith are passionate about preserving Hudson Hill's unique character and craft-cocktail offerings.

"We can offer something a little different, cater to a large portion of the Cap Hill crowd, while also giving people a reason to come across town," says Anthony."This block is one of the best blocks in Denver: You've got The first jazz night graced Cap Hill on December 12, with a three-hour performance from Corner 3 Jazz. You may have seen this group live previously at its former weekly shows over at Milk Bar. After a successful first event, the trio will continue to perform at the monthly event."They really just want a place to play their music," says Anthony. If you missed jazz night in 2024, Corner 3 will be back on Thursday, January 9, with a $5 cover at the door.
