Huckleberry’s concept is based on a breakfast and lunch menu with influences from the southern United States, particularly Louisiana cuisine.The new restaurants will be located in McKinney and Allen, joining the three locations the brand already operates in the region.
The development of these new locations will be led by a new team of franchisees headed by restaurateurs Samy Kilaru and Madhu Nalamati, according to a press release. Both aim to introduce the concept to communities that have seen sustained growth in recent years in the D-FW area. The expansion, the release states, is a response to the brand’s initial performance in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
