– Houston police arrested a 42-year-old woman who allegedly gave a 4-year-old child THC gummies, according to court records.Police told KPRC 2 News they were called to the 5900 block of Glenmont Drive last week to meet firefighters after a mother found her son unable to stand. According to investigators, the mother said she regularly drops off her 4-year-old son at a neighbor’s apartment while she goes to work. When she picked him up that day, he had fallen, appeared sick, was unable to stay conscious, and could not stand on his own.Ramos-Velasquez told police the child consumed more than one gummy inside her apartment but claimed she “didn’t know” they contained THC.
