Eight hotel workers have tested positive for Covid-19 on the holiday islands of Formentera and Menorca.All have been identified locally as maintenance workers at the unnamed “large-size” hotel on the island, although initially some were said to be waiters.Regional health officials say none have needed hospital treatment following Formentera’s first outbreak of coronavirus.Subsequent tests on two women she lives with, and are also understood to work at the hotel, showed they too had the virus.
