SPAIN is considering resealing some of its borders following a sudden surge of COVID-19 cases in the Catalonia region, which has seen residents of Barcelona forced back into a 15-day lockdown. Will holiday plans be ruined?
"Now, because of the spread in the last few days, just to give you a sense of the numbers, for the whole of Spain back on Wednesday there were just over 300 cases of COVID-19 in those 23 hours.
