This is the first holiday season in which weed is legal in New Jersey. But there is still a lot of stigma out there. One of our regular contributors Rob Mejia, a leading cannabis educator, spoke to us about the importance of gifting cannabis items. “One way cannabis use can be normalized is through gifts. When someone receives a thoughtful token of appreciation from someone they care for, it is impactful. It makes them think for a moment about how cannabis can improve their lives — and that is my goal,” he said. “The gifts are novel and appreciated.”
