It is located across from what will be the mixed-use The One Westfield Place project involves the former Lord & Taylor department store site and several adjacent downtown properties. The three tenants in the Elm Street building are Keller Williams Premier Properties, McLaughlin & Stern Law Firm, and Arnhem Inc. Alan Cafiero and David Cafiero, senior director investments, represented the seller in the transaction.
