Extrapolations hopes audiences stand up and take notice that the events unfolding onscreen are paralleling the real world. Apple TV's newest miniseries is tackling climate change in a generational way, showcasing how much worse things can get as the years go by. The series begins with a fateful convention in 2037, when not everyone is fully aware of what's at stake, and is now entering the year 2059 in its fourth episode.

Screen Rant spoke to Graham and Rhys about how their characters fit into the plot and theme of Extrapolations, as well as how the fictionalized version of events made them re-evaluate their actions in the real world. Meanwhile, Junior seems like he's never had a good time in his life, which makes me wonder how this union came to be. What is your take on their relationship?

Heather Graham: I'm scared, for sure. Being terrified, and just that the timeframe of it happening is sooner than we think. Even though I thought I was partially educated on it, I need to be more educated on it. We need to do something, or else we're screwed, basically.
