Oleksandr Usyk taunts 'afraid' Tyson Fury for trying to fight Anthony Joshua
Fury is in talks to defend his WBC heavyweight title against Joshua
Following his rematch win over AJ, Usyk was hoping for an undisputed heavyweight title clash with Fury. However, he said he does not intend to return to the ring until early next year due to injury recurrences and the fact he wants to spend time with his family after returning home to his war-torn country.As a result, Fury is insisting that he will not wait for Usyk to be ready and instead plans to fight in December, ideally against Joshua.and replied: “Well, if they sign the fight contract, they will punch each other for a while.
“But the thing is that everyone is expecting Usyk vs Fury for the undisputed championship which for many years hasn’t occurred in the heavyweight division…“I will support neither of them, I won’t even watch this fight. I don’t want to.“Honestly, I don’t think about them at all. “Want to know what I’m really thinking about? I want to see my children, to hug and kiss them, that’s all I’m thinking about.”Usyk then took aim at Fury, seemingly less than impressed by social media remarks from the Gypsy King in recent weeks.“Yes, of me.”
