Hawthorn has locked away a key piece to build its AFLW side around with Jasmine Fleming committing on a maximum four-year deal to the end of 2027.
Hawthorn has locked away an emerging AFLW superstar and another young gun on maximum-length contracts after a big coaching change .
Fleming is already a co-vice captain and averaged 16 disposals and four tackles per game last season, while Elliott, taken with pick 26 in the same draft, has played 14 games as a key defender.
